RULES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you receive your Passport, fill out the entry form on page 2 of the passport. Limit one entry per person. Get your passport stamped in at least ten (10) of the communities listed throughout the passport. Stamps in each community are unique and each stamp must be placed on its receptive page in order to qualify. Drop off your completed passport at any one of the designated passport stamping locations or mail to the address below by December 31:
